Exhibiting companies receive two (2) complimentary registrations per paid 10'x10' booth for use by their booth personnel only. If you have more than two booth personnel per 10'x10', please refer to the chart above for applicable fees.
NOTE: All unused complimentary registrations expire after October 18.
We encourage you to utilize your allocated complimentary registrations prior to the October 18th deadline. After that deadline, all registrants, including unused complimentary registrations, will be charged at the onsite rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of EDspaces registration must be submitted in writing via email to EDspaces Customer Service and must be dated on or before 6:00 PM EST Tuesday, October 3, 2017, to receive a refund. A 20% processing fee will be retained by EDmarket for all cancellations made before 6:00 PM October 3. After October 18 at 6:00 PM EST, no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Cancellation of EDspaces registration fees does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process. Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days after the close of EDspaces and posted by the same method of registration payment. Telephone requests for cancellations and substitutions will not be honored.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Substitutions for registered EDspaces attendees will be accepted on or before 6:00 PM EST Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Substitutes must be employed by the same organization as the original registrant. A $25 USD processing fee will apply to ALL substitutions before October 18, 2017. After Wednesday, October 18, 2017, all substitutions must be made onsite and will be charged a $50 USD processing fee. Submit all substitution and cancellation requests via email to EDspaces Customer Service Telephone requests for cancellations and substitutions will not be honored.

BADGE REPRINT POLICY: A $25 badge reprint fee will charged for any lost or forgotten badges on site.
